Dear Gavin, 

Whenever I ask you what you want to do, or where you want to go, or what you want to eat, or who you want to play with....I often get the same answer, "I don't care, whatever you want!" You are SUCH a pleaser, always want to make others feel good, and so go with the flow. Always go with the flow. 

You are busy at school, playing with friends, and always up for anything. You LOVE the rainy weather and you will stay outdoors all day if I would let you!

Vasona Park in the STORM!

Today we went over to Vasona Park to check out the flood. Turns out the "creek" was now a giant river!!! It had flooded all the trails, fields, and the playground! The boys had a BLAST checking it out and playing in the water. We are not sure if this will ever happen again in their young lifetime, so we let them loose! 

{Austin 59 Months}

Dear Austie,

This past month has been super fun seeing you having so much fun with winter sports! You love to ski, sled, and ice skate! Of course you always love your bike too, and are officially faster than me!!!

You are busy with "city school" and Mountain School these days. Mornings we get to hang and play, and you always want to play ninja turtles, eat, eat some more, and play legos or magnatiles. 

I can still get you to take a nap if we are home during nap hours (we rarely are) and this is SO fun! We cuddle up and you fall asleep, for hours, and wake up smiling at me. My favorite. I know you are going to be five in a month, but you are still my baby!

Pineapple Express 2017

First real storm of the season. Well, first real storm we have had in years. So much rain and so much mud. The boys are in HEAVEN!

Fantasy of Lights 2016

A yearly tradition. Now the boys are so tall, they pop out of the moon-roof and can see it all. Where did my babies go????!!!
