Thanksgiving 2013

I was working this year on Thanksgiving, but the boys went to Ma and Papa's for a nice dinner! Here are the pics I got. They loved the dinner and especially the pie!

Although I was a little sad to miss it, I was SO SO SO much more thankful for what I have and how incredibly healthy my boys are. I don't take one second for granted. I spent the day taking care of my favorite little babies, and made sure they knew they were loved.

Last Night

Every good trip must come to an end. It was an AMAZING week with our family. I am so thankful that we were able to take this trip AGAIN. It was a ton of fun, and the boys were so happy all week long. Thank you Ma and Papa for inviting us again, we are so lucky!

Mornings on Maui

It was our last morning here in Maui, so we thought we must go to The Gazeebo for breakfast. Its the #1 place to eat breakfast here, and last time we all fell in love with it. It opens at 7:30, and since we all were up every day by 6am, we drove up there at 7am to get in line. Well, I sat in line and drank coffee while looking out at the ocean, and the boys played with some games they have. Its not exactly "waiting" in line to me!

We were 4th in line, so we got seated right away. Right on the water, as the sun was coming up. So pretty. Of course we got mac nut banana pineapple pancakes. They are so amazing...probably because they have coconut syrup and marshmellow cream!

After breakfast, we walked behind the gazebo to the beach. The boys played in the tide pools and looked for fish and turtles. One of our favorite spots.

Old Lahaina Luau

Our trip would not be complete if we did not go to another luau at Old Lahaina Luau. We had so much fun last time, so we went again. This time we got seats right up in the first row...and it was so neat! We got to see the show so close...maybe a little too close;)

Before dinner the boys got to play music and dance...and Papa even joined in on the dance lessons. Then we got to see them dig out the pig from the fire pit, and Gavin is always so amazed by this.

The boys got special drinks at dinner, and I am pretty sure they mainly ate banana bread for their meal. Its fresh and SO good.

After dinner the show started and both boys were pretty amazed. Austin got up and danced a few times and Gavin kept asking "Momma can YOU dance like that??" HA!

We left right after the show was over...another really great luau!
