This morning while Gav was at school, we headed down to Almaden Quicksilver Park to do a little hike. Austin was very happy doing some hiking and some riding on my back in the carrier. He had snacks to eat and planes high up in the sky to watch, so he as happy. We started off on a trail we thought we could do in time, and ended up hiking it halfway, and turning around. Apparently the way we were headed was MUCH steeper than the way out...and that was pretty steep! (Maybe too steep with a 30lb toddler on my back) So we headed back down, and enjoyed the pretty views and weather.
