I still can't believe it. This sea turtle is the SAME one we saw in May! He was in the SAME spot (He comes up out of the water every few days to get some sunshine) and the reason I know he is the same guy is because his tumor on his face! He has some sort of growth on his cheek, and its pretty big. A few of the locals said that he has been coming up to this spot for 3 years. So we got out of his way, and he walked all the way to the dry sand and fell asleep for a few hours. Then he woke up and headed back to sea. Back in May I thought he must be sick from his tumor, but I guess not! Apparently sea turtles are known to have growths from time to time. Gavin and Austin LOVED to go see him.
