Both boys wanted to be dragons for the second year in a row! Austin borrowed a new dragon costume from a friend, and Gavin was the same as last year...his choice!
We had Gavin's buddy David and his family, Ma & Papa, and Meghan over for pizza...then headed out while it was still light out. We could not keep the boys in the yard any longer!
They made it pretty far this year...about 4 blocks. It was so incredible to see Austin keeping up with the big kids. In fact, Gavin and David were done first, and Austin wanted to keep going! So Austin and I finished up some neighbors houses while the big kids went home to check out their candy.
We are thankful that it stopped raining before we headed out! It was rainy all day long, and it was the first rain in a VERY long time. Go figure!
