We had a jam packed 4th this year! First we headed to the Rose, White and Blue Parade downtown. The kids had a fun time watching the parade and having a picnic in the park nearby. Then we headed home for naps, and rest time. When the kids woke up, we packed up and headed to Jan and Jim's for their annual 4th of July BBQ and swim party. The kids had a ton of fun swimming, eating, playing, and most of all hitting the pinata~! We ended the night by heading home and getting everyone bathed and in jammies. We put the babies to bed, and then we headed out to see the fireworks after the SJ Giants game. (Thank you Dayle for watching the babies:) The big kids LOVED the fireworks (When they were not trying to fall asleep), and they all crashed out in the car on the way home.
