Hike to Laurel Falls

Today we decided to drive over to the Smokey National Park and hike to Laurel Falls. It is the only waterfall with a paved trail (we need that for our strollers) so we decided it was the best! Plus it is 1.5 miles out and 1.5 back, so not too far. The big kids (Griffin, Gavin and Uncle Pat) all walked and ran. The little kids (Noah, Annabel, Austin and Addie) all rode in the strollers.

When we got to the top it was pretty cool! The waterfall was nice and cool, and very pretty. We enjoyed the views and the big kids and dads went down to the bottom to explore.

We had a picnic lunch on the cliff (Kinda dangerous!) and then headed back down. The babies were fast asleep, and Gavin and Griffin ran down the entire mountain! 1.5 miles non-stop.
